Performance Management is an ongoing process of communication between a Client and HuntSpace that occurs throughout the duration of the website building process, in support of accomplishing the strategic objectives of the organization. The communication process includes setting objectives, identifying goals, providing feedback, and evaluating results. From time to time HuntSpace may be required to use a contractor to provide services out side our normal expertise. HuntSpace oversee sub contractors performance and provide feedback throughout the process. In addition to monitoring the results of work activities and evaluating performance, contractors are encouraged to provide feedback and input from this process. Ongoing communication allows the HuntSpace and contractors to address issues in a timely fashion.
